who doesn’t love the tradition lazy cake , here’s the modified old la Brioche recipe enjoy .

- 360g rich tea biscuits or digestives
- 397g can of condensed milk
- 100g butter
- 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- Small handful of chopped nuts and/or dried fruit of your liking it’s optional
Break all biscuits into small pieces in a large bowl.
In a pan, melt the butter, pour in the condensed milk and cocoa powder and combine everything together.
Add the chopped nuts and dried fruit to the biscuits and pour over the obtained mixture from the pan. Mix everything together.
Line a loaf tin with cling film and pour in the mixture when it has slightly cooled down. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
Once the dessert has set, take off the cling film and place the dessert on a plate, cut into slices and enjoy with a hot beverage.
