This a corn side dish is perfect for summer times, fresh corn meets heaven cream .. not to mention it’s other heritage from our La Brioche hope you enjoy and leave a comment 

 

Ingredients:

  1. 8 ears of corn, in husk 
  2. 2/3 cup heavy cream 
  3. 3 tablespoons salted butter 
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  5. Ground pepper 

  
Direction: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c , and shuck the corn in a large bowl .
  2. Combine the ingredients , pour the heaven cream in bowl with butter and salt and pepper stir to mix 
  3. Time to bake , bake 35 min until warm
