We wanted to do the creamy, aromatic flavours of the coconut, which is why we used both coconut milk and desiccated coconut to create our milk chocolate coconut truffle. An incredibly light ganache boasts the silkiest of textures, ribboned with pieces of desiccated coconut to add a delightful chewy texture.
